Az electrumot nálam a synaptic simán le tudta szedni. Én, mielőtt bármit 
is közzéteszek, mindig letesztelem előbb a saját telepítményeimen. 
Tudom, hogy ez a python3-socks gondot okazhat, de egy újabb tanács:

Letöltöd valahova a python3-python-socks_2.0.1-1.1_amd64.ubk4.uhu fájlt, 
majd terminálban belépsz abba a mappába, amelybe letöltötted és kiadod 
ezt a parancsot:

dpkg -i --force-overwrite python3-python-socks_2.0.1-1.1_amd64.ubk4.uhu

Ezután már le tudod szedni az electrumot és újrarakhatod a synapticcal.
