Az org.kde.kdiff3.desktopban ez van:

Exec=kdiff3 %i -caption "%c

Terminál:

attila at localhost:/usr/share/applications$ kdiff3 %i -caption "%c"

Erre indul, majd egy ablakfeldobás után továbblép:

És a sima indítás elindul, ezeket mondja:

Kellenek ezek a % paraméterek a desktop Exec sorába ?

Nem merek hozzányúlni, mert nem értek a desktopok Exec sorának szabályos 
felépítéséhez, de gondolom, hogy ezeket a fejlesztők nem véletlenül 
teték bele, de nálunk nem igazán működik, sőt sehogy.
